Personal Training to help you prepare for an easier birth and faster postpartum recovery.

Support your core and pelvic floor and return to the activities you love stronger than before.

Intentional Exercise

You are in the right place if you want to get the most out of your pregnancy and postpartum exercises and prepare purposely for birth and postpartum.

Pregnancy and postpartum come with so many changes and these can often leave you feeling confused, achy, and disconnected from your body.

You want to experience a positive birth, minimize your risk of diastasis recti or pelvic floor dysfunction, and support your body in the postpartum period so you can get back to exercise feeling strong and leak free!

Heal Your Core and Pelvic Floor

I teach women how to work WITH their bodies to facilitate the birth process, how to rehab their core and pelvic floor after birth, and how to strengthen their bodies safely in postpartum.

Using birth preparation tools, pelvic floor exercises, and intentional strength training, I help women stay strong and support their bodies during pregnancy and beyond.

Lindsay, Mom of 2

I worked with Julie to help prepare for my second birth and hopeful VBAC. This time together was invaluable and I truly feel made all the difference in this birthing experience. My water broke at 38 weeks and after 22 hours of labor and only 20 min of pushing I got my VBAC! I felt empowered to know the best ways to labor based on baby’s position (the nurses even learned something!). Everyone in the room commented on how well I was pushing for someone doing it for the first time. My recovery was much easier than expected, and at 2 weeks PP, I feel closer to how I did before my first vs. before my second. I attribute so much of this to my work with Julie, and I am so thankful to have found her!

Julie and I have been working together for 17 weeks and I could not be happier with my postpartum recovery. After my first baby it took almost a year and a half to feel like myself again. This time, I made a commitment to not take that long and thanks to Julie I have achieved that goal. Julie is extremely knowledgable and experienced on the postpartum body. I was blown away with how accurately she assessed my nuanced conditions (that were later confirmed through xrays). THANK YOU JULIE for helping me reach my goals, its because of you that I feel like myself again.

Alejandra, First Time Mom

After what can only be described as a traumatic birthing experience, I reached out to Julie 3 months postpartum, and it’s likely the best decision I made as a new Mom. Not only is Julie extraordinarily knowledgeable and qualified, but she GENUINELY cares. When I started working with her, she did the most thorough physical assessment than any medical professional or therapist I’ve ever met. Julie sent weekly, tailored-made workouts, checked in regularly and met with me whenever I could to walk me through the movements the entire time I was her client. For any pregnant Momma or new Mom in the throes of postpartum, you need Julie in your corner.

I did a birth prep package with Julie and I am SO glad I did! She gave me so much great information about my body and the birth process and very tangible and helpful things I could practice and work on to prepare. Julie really helped me feel much more prepared and calm going into the birth process. You can tell she cares very deeply and is very passionate about empowering women on all parts of their motherhood journey to be strong advocates for their bodies and experiences. So grateful I found her!

Just wanted to give a huge thank you to Julie for her amazing help with my pelvic floor recovery after baby number two! My little guy is 13 weeks now and I just went back to my boot camp class. I felt strong and ready—no leaking or pain like I had after my first baby. I’m so glad I found Julie and will definitely reconnect for any future pregnancies. She’s a wealth of knowledge and a great resource!

I love to connect and answer your questions!
